Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Simply log in to your account to view the latest status. You can also utilize the Order Status link in your order confirmation email to keep track of the order as it moves along our processes. Also once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you know when to expect the delivery. You can trace your parcel by visiting the courier’s online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up. WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER STYLE?
Yes, style exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the LUXETICKS tags attached. A request for exchange can be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team. Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the price difference for the size change and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team. Once the exchange request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided. **Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the order details. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us for an exchange or cancel your order prior to shipment by emailing or calling us to request an exchange or cancel your order via the contact information provided on our website.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED ARE DEFECT OR NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
We’re sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectation. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
No, currently we can only process orders within the US, CA, UK, AUS, NZ, and EU(DE, FR, IT, AT).

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes. If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 2 working days for the tracking information to update
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have the option to cancel the order given that the order has not yet been shipped out (tracking number not yet updated). Please contact us for the cancellation request.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
Once the order has been placed, we are not able to modify your shipping address. However, if you believe that there has been a typo or missing information in the shipping address, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Firstly, Thank You for Shopping at luxeticks.com. But, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Also, as we are in this business from the last 7 years, looking at our returns / refunds data, we can proudly say that the returns rate is down to 1 out of 100 orders that we ship out, and this too because the bag was not handled properly by the courier agents in some countries. So, whenever something happens which is beyond our control.
We can resolve your issue by the following ways:
- Replacements - In the Case of Manufacturing Defects or shipping transport damages
- Return and Refunds - In Case of you not liking our bags
Replacement Policy (In the Case of Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Transportation Damage):
We give a 10 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on all our products for any manufacturing defects. Our business thrives on good reputation. We know how important it is that every customer be happy with their purchase every time they visit our online shop. So, we do a Final Quality Check before shipping out the bags. Also we give a 2 Year Warranty on all products. But, still if there is some issue, we give a 10 days Replacement Warranty for all the products if any manufacturing defect was left un-noticed by us or some damage happens because of un-professional handling of the package through the shipping agent.
Process of Replacement:
- Customers have to notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping price would be borne by us, we will arrange a pickup from customers address and we will get the bag to us.
- After receiving the defective bag and checking the cause of damage, we will ship a brand new bag at no extra cost.
- luxeticks.com will try to replace the specific product ordered in a Maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.
- However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case that same product is out of stock/production.
- The 10 days replacement warranty is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
Returns and Refund Policy (In Case of you not liking our products):
Process of Return:

- You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be delivered to us in the original packaging as we sent it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from us.
Process of Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by Bank Wire Transfer, or by any other payment method that you wish to receive money in.
- You will receive the credit within 6 to 7 working days.
